Keto Favorite Recipes Round Up

For 3.5 weeks we’ve been keto, eating deliciously whilst successfully shedding pounds, and I thought it my duty to share the things we’ve loved the most.

The thing we have EVERY DAY:

Bulletproof Coffee from

Besides doing regular Dairygold butter, I do about half this recipe daily.

Chewy Fudgy Low Carb Brownies

I’ll have you know I tried two other brownie recipes before I found this one, which actually tasted like brownies and were the best thing ever. I use pecans instead of chocolate chips.

Cream Cheese Pancakes

These are quick, easy, and yummy!

Chicken Enchilada Soup

This is our new favorite meal. The kids love it more than any soup I’ve ever made.

Broccoli Slaw Stir Fry

No link to recipe here, because I have yet to follow one. I grab a bag of broccoli slaw from the store and I stir-fry it with a meat, olive oil, and seasonings. I’ve added extra veggies like chopped cabbage, leftover spinach, and garlic. I’ve even added in avacado. It’s a good base to add to. Note: veggies can look big when you chop them, but as you cook them, they shrink down. So if you are feeding a few

Brussel Sprouts with Onions and Pecans

This one also doesn’t have a link. I originally bought this as a side dish from the store. Chop all of the above, salt and pepper, put in oiled casserole dish, cover with tinfoil, and bake at 350, stirring every 10-15 minutes until the brussel sprouts are fork-tender. Delectable! We’ve eaten it with salmon twice.

Keto Bread

A friend made this for me in the form of muffins. They were super easy to grab and munch, and the bread like texture was satisfying to the senses.

Jalepeno Poppers

This was a holiday favorite even before we went keto. With cream cheese and bacon, there’s really no going wrong!

Keto Fudge

These lovely fat bombs were perfected by my friend, who substituted edible cocoa butter for the coconut oil, which also makes them more shelf stable. (can keep in fridge instead of freezer!)

Things we eat all the time, no recipe needed:

Cheese: string cheese, gouda cheese, cheddar cheese.

Eggs: scrambled and omelette are the favorites. I love an omelette with salsa and pepperjack cheese. We add things like ham, bacon, peppers, and seasonings to the scrambled eggs

Hamburger with melted cheese on top. (No bun.)

Nuts: pecans, walnuts, and a couple of brazil nuts a day.

Meats: Chicken, hamburger, turkey, ham.

Pork Rinds: the best substitute for a crunchy chip craving. Randall’s is my fav brand so far. Their spicy ones are really good.

Bubble water: Great for when you need extra motivation to drink water. I’ve been using Talking Rain. When I get the craving for juice or pop I add a dash of Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup.

So, any keto buddies out there? What have you been eating?
